  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website located at www.jumptruckinginsurance.com (the “Website”), requesting an insurance quote, submitting an application, communicating with us via phone, email, SMS, web chat, or any other method, or purchasing insurance through Jump Trucking Insurance (“Jump,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. Nothing on the Website is intended to provide legal or tax advice.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Website or Services.

  1. Nature of Services – We Act as Insurance Broker and/or Carrier

Jump Trucking Insurance is a licensed insurance broker and, in some cases, a direct insurance carrier.

When acting as a Broker: We serve as an intermediary between you and third-party insurance carriers (“Partner Carriers”). We do not underwrite or issue policies in this role.

When acting as a Carrier: We underwrite, issue, bind, and service policies directly under our own programs. In this case, Jump Trucking Insurance is the insurer.

How You Will Know: All quotes, applications, binders, and policy declarations will identify the issuing insurer. Binding is not effective until confirmed in writing by the carrier. Use of the Website does not guarantee coverage.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.

  1. Account Registration

You agree to maintain accurate information, keep login credentials secure, and accept responsibility for account activity. We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

  1. Use of the Website and Quote Tools

You may not submit false information, violate laws, interfere with systems, use bots without permission, or impersonate others.

  1. Electronic Communications, E-SIGN, and TCPA Consent

By providing your phone number, email, or using SMS/chat features, you consent to receive communications from us, including transactional and, where permitted, marketing messages. Message/data rates may apply.

Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Where required, we obtain separate express written consent for marketing texts/calls made using autodialers or prerecorded messages.

E-SIGN Consent: You agree that electronic signatures, records, and disclosures carry the same legal effect as paper. You may request paper copies or withdraw consent by contacting support@jumptruckinginsurance.com. Withdrawal may limit your ability to use certain Services.

  1. Quote Process and Accuracy

Quotes are estimates only and based on information you provide plus third-party data. A quote is not coverage. Coverage is effective only once:

1. You review and accept final terms
2. Required payments are made
3. The issuing carrier confirms coverage in writing

Changes to driver lists, vehicles, garaging, or loss history may impact eligibility or premium.

  1. Payment and Premiums

Premiums are set by the issuing insurer. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or policy terms. Late or failed payments may result in cancellation.

  1. Intellectual Property

All Website content is owned by Jump Trucking Insurance or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Website.

  1. Third-Party Links

We are not responsible for third-party portals, payment processors, or external sites.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and Services are provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the accuracy of Website content.

Insurance coverage is determined solely by the terms, conditions, and exclusions of the issued policy. In case of inconsistency, the issued policy controls.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jump Trucking Insurance and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption.

When acting as Broker: Liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

When acting as Carrier: Liability is governed exclusively by the policy terms.

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain damages; portions of this section may not apply.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jump Trucking Insurance from claims arising out of your use of the Website, submission of false information, or violation of these Terms.

  1. SMS/Text Message Terms

Message frequency varies. Message/data rates may apply. You may opt out by replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, or QUIT.

Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing services. Transactional messages may still be sent where permitted.

  1. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by California law.

Informal Resolution: Contact support@jumptruckinginsurance.com before initiating formal action.

Arbitration: Except for small claims, injunctive relief, or where prohibited by law, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in San Diego, CA under AAA Commercial Rules. No class actions or representative actions are permitted.

Nothing in these Terms waives rights that cannot legally be waived.

Each party bears its own attorneys’ fees unless applicable law provides otherwise.

If any part of the arbitration clause is found unenforceable as to a specific claim, that claim proceeds in court while remaining claims proceed in arbitration.

  1. Class Action Waiver

All disputes must be brought individually. Class, collective, or representative actions are not permitted.

  1. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

  1. Termination

We may suspend or terminate Website access at any time. Active insurance policies remain in force in accordance with their terms.

  1. Severability

If any provision is invalid, remaining provisions remain enforceable.

  1. Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any issued insurance policy constitute the full agreement.
