Effective date: November 17, 2025

  1. Scope & Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Jump Trucking Insurance (“Jump Trucking Insurance,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you:

  • Visit our website (including quote forms and landing pages)
  • Request a quote or purchase an insurance policy
  • Communicate with us by phone, email, text message (SMS), web chat, or social media
  • Interact with any other online service that links to this Privacy Policy

We are located in California and strive to comply with applicable U.S. and California privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) and the finalized CCPA regulations effective January 1, 2026, as well as the Insurance Consumer Privacy Protection Act of 2025 (SB 354) for insurance-related personal information. SB 354 establishes specific standards for the collection, processing, retention, and sharing of personal information by insurance licensees like us and our third-party service providers, emphasizing consumer control, transparency in adverse decisions, and data minimization.

A short-form privacy notice summarizing our practices is provided at or before the point of collection (e.g., on quote forms). For policyholders or ongoing relationships, we will provide an annual privacy rights notice outlining your rights under these laws.

By providing information or using our Services, you consent to our collection and use as described here for insurance transactions, but specific opt-in consents are required for non-transactional uses (e.g., marketing, joint promotions, or sharing outside the U.S.).
